Rules for using SpanBill. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Service
SpanBill helps contractors create and share invoices and estimates. Features may change; we aim to give reasonable notice for material changes.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for the accuracy of business information you enter. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract in your province.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.
Fees and payments
Some features may be paid in the future. Pricing will be shown before you are charged. Payment processing, when enabled, will be handled by a third-party provider.
Disclaimer and liability
SpanBill is provided as-is. We are not your accountant or lawyer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
