Who we are
SpanBill provides multi-site invoicing software for solo contractors. This policy applies to the SpanBill web application and related services operated from Canada.
Information we collect
We collect account details (name, email, phone), business and billing data you enter (clients, projects, invoices), usage logs for security, and optional feedback such as NPS scores. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
We use your data to operate the service, generate invoices and share links, improve the product, comply with law, and communicate with you about your account. Marketing emails require separate consent where applicable.
Storage and processors
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (for example Neon Postgres). When you enable integrations, third-party processors may receive limited data under their own terms. We use cookies essential to sign-in and preferences; see our cookie notice.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
You may access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs. Contact us to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
